Phyllis Lee
Chief executive officer
Phyllis led business development and operations for Computershare Asia's issuer service for 15 years and provided professional securities services to institutional investors at HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank. Phyllis is a Board member of the Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute (HKSI). She is also a member of the Hang Seng Index (HSI) Advisory Committee.
James Wong

James Wong is an experienced executive who worked at HSBC for 25 years and headed the North Asia business of Computershare Limited. He served as a director of Hong Kong Clearing and became a member of HKEX's Clearing Consultative Panel and the SFC's Share Registrars' Disciplinary Committee.
